Is there really no credit card for the trial?
Correct. Early access is free and requires no card. You only pay when you choose a plan.

Can I import my data from Planning Center?
Partly, today. Planning Center lets you export your people as a CSV, and our importer reads it — names, contact details, addresses, birthdays, tags and custom fields. Households and giving history are not imported automatically yet; if you need them moved, talk to us before you switch so we can plan it with you.

What happens if my church grows past a tier?
Move up anytime in one click. No data migration, no downtime.

Do you charge per-member or per-transaction fees?
No per-member fees. Giving is billed per transaction: card at 2.15% + 30¢ processing, with no Church Krew fee on top. Bank transfers are 30¢ processing plus a 1% Church Krew fee. Donors can choose to cover the processing fee at checkout.

Is the fund accounting actually FASB-compliant?
Yes — true double-entry fund accounting aligned to FASB ASU 2016-14, with audit-ready statements.

Can I cancel anytime?
