Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Church Krew's website, web app, and mobile app (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a church or organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Use the Service to send spam or to harvest others' personal information.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to operate the Service for you and your church.

Donations and payments made through the Service are processed by our payment processor, Stripe, and are subject to its terms. Churches are responsible for the accuracy of fund setup, donation records, and any tax receipts they issue. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law or at the church's discretion. Church Krew is a software provider and is not a party to the charitable relationship between a donor and a church.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. Fees, billing cycles, and plan features are described at sign-up and on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of material changes where practical.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the platform. On termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Church Krew will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
